K-Line F7 B units

I have a nice set of "all powered" K-Line F7's ABA. The likelihood of finding additional B units is zero, and I was thinking about retrofitting an unpowered MTH F3 B unit to fit the consist. It will involve adapting the plug ends and plug location from MTH to K-Line. Has anyone attempted this conversion and know part #'s for the job?
