Got a set of K line 21 inch Great Northern passenger cars. Need a set of F7 to pull them!! Any feed back on K line vs. MTH F7's ? I think the MTH color will be close to matching the K line cars. Thanks, Don

I have the K-Line and they are gorgeous. Mine are only conventional but the detail is phenomenal.
K-Line did offer a TMCC version but someone who actually has one will have to tell you what version. Some had cruise and some didn’t. The TMCC version does include two additional scale pilots though. One with a scale coupler and the other with closed coupler doors.

Given the 21" length of the cars you may want to consider K-Line E8's or 9's. I think I remember that they made them. MTH also did E8's.
You also could consider running the cars behind an MTH Great Northern W-1 "Cascade" electric locomotive (20-5514-1), an MTH GN EP-5 (20-2196-1), or an MTH GN GP7 (30-2891-1). Might not be prototypical but they would look well on a model railroad - especially the huge W-1 which is 25 inches in length (O-72) if you can find one.
