Does anyone know if the railsounds 5.5 board would work with the tmcc setup in the kline alaska gp38. Right now the old board has fried and I want more realistic sounds from the lionel Alaska 2001 5.5 gp38 sound board. Does anyone know where else to get one as well. Lionel says there are unavailable.

Were the sounds that the engine had OK before the board croaked? The sounds they used in those are the Lionel 691PCB1110 Generic Diesel sounds.
They were eh. I just wanted somthing that sounded better and had better crewtalk dialog. I know lionel doesn't make desiel genric railsounds 5 so I dont really care if I get random sounds. I think that the lionel csx gp30 railsounds 5 should work fine
Or i can use the railsounds 5.5 in it they had alaska 2001 but it says unavailable. So i.could also use the delaware and hudson gp38 railsounds board too
