Just more of the "it's someone else's fault that I do stupid things". There needs to be an accountability doctrine established.
At least the comments posted following the story condemn the woman's actions. Unless her lawyer can locate 12 clueless jurors, something I would be hesitant to rule out, the railroad should prevail either in the trial court or, eventually, at the appellate level.
