was on the phone with CHINA last night. The tin is shipping late November. The cars and boxes are completed. Friday I approved the locomotive sample. I wanted the pulling power where I WANTED IT TO BE. This being our very first tinplate offering I wanted it dead on! Once they get here every set will be tested so we need a few extra weeks for that. I will have a running production sample. (the finished product) at YORK with a temporary draw bar for the curves. There are a few chips on the loco from hours of testing . the finished gems will be flawless!

Thanks

Louie

DOES ANYBODY CARE?

Hello LOU CAPONI............

It is GOOD that YOU care enough for your customers to be happy with a perfect train .  It is too bad that even MTH doesn't care enough for their larger customer base( lack of parts and poor customer service).  Lionel is doing better with Mike Reagan on board but still need to do better.  I HOPE sunset 3rd will care when picking up my first 3rd brass santa fe # 5021 engine in Nov. as i would like to purchase some spare parts at the same time such as traction tires, spare siderod bolts and washers and extra gearbox.
