When I placed "Percy" on the Christmas on the rails of the "carpet layout" and checked it for its three sound effects, the WHISTLE and BELL sounds worked OK, but the ANNOUNCEMENT sound did not. I wonder -- is that a fault within its hand-held controller or inside the loco? Is that missing sound recoverable? My six-year-old great granddaughter (and Junior Engineer) is disappointed by the "silence."
