Anyone have suggestions on how to wire a 3 post # 154 flashing crossing signal using Fastrack? Thanks

How about something like the Circuitron 800-5102?
You can also use insulated track sections to trigger the signal. Some nice instructional videos exist on U-tube to do that. When I get some free time I will try to post a couple links for them. I made some sections using the 1 & 3/8 sections and a piece of straight track that I modified by removing the outside track pins on the straight track and connecting the ground leads to the separate sections of 1 & 3/8s and the power to the hot rail. The wheels will trigger the lights as they make connections across the track sections. Just put the straight section in between the short sections and put one ground on each short track which will allow each light to trigger as that circuit is completed. John's suggestion is a very clean way to trigger the lights and I have seen similar board circuits available on eBay to do the same thing.
Hope that helps
The Custom Signals GCF-1 board is a very sophisticated grade crossing flasher. It will do bulb or LED type flashers and does both in the prototypical slow on-off ramping. It has up to 6 detectors for 2 track operation.
