I have a #345 Culvert Unloader that does not work. I bought it years ago but did not have space until I just expanded my layout. When I attach the transformer I can hear sounds even though the on/off switch is not attached. It does not work it just makes noise. I removed the body and all the wires are attached to the board. I brought it in to my Lionel repair facility and was told they don't repair this item. I am guessing there is something wrong with the board. It looks like a plug in board and all the plugs seem tight. It seems easy to replace the board ,looks like the wires just plug in.
Has anyone else had problems with this item?
