LIONEL 36 REMOTE COMMAND SWITCHES

I have 12 switches on my platform that has an outer track and an inner track that work properly using either Command Control(IPAD-DCS WIFI-AIU) or the switch controller.

I have created a two (2) crossovers at different locations on the platform. The trains run fine thru each crossover when I manually move the tracks by hand; however when I try to use the Command Control method or hand throwing the switch controller they will not operate. Cannot figure out what the problem is.

All switches are powered using track power. Voltage on the track is at or near 18V at all times.

Are you saying that none of the switches at each crossover respond to an electrical command? Are the track jumpers installed?

Are all the switches programed with the correct switch numbers?

Track jumpers are installed. They are also labeled on the ipad. You can hear the clicking sound on the AIU when you select the switch number.
