Lionel legacy Crew Talk

Watching some you tube videos on Legacy engines and the crew talk always give the the name of Rail Road and cab number.My Legacy engines don't do that, I'am doing something wrong or is it some locomotives do and some don't?

Older legacy engines and tmcc did till about 2 years ago. They did away with that feature and made it visionline only.They did add auto scenequince control on all legacy engines about that time.
