Just got a new Lionel Pilot engine. What is the best glue to use for applying the builders plates, coal, and number boards ?

Thanks to everyone who responded. Lionel responded to my question. I used Gorilla Super Glue for the builder plates and E6000 for the coal.
Does anyone know where the "D" builder plate goes?

Does anyone know where the "D" builder plate goes?
The "D" plate is a class plate for that type of tender. It goes right above the grab iron and below the tail light as seen below.
