Just an FYI. I found the old Charles Woods paint store for toy trains had closed and sold. I called them (the old website is still up)and they gave the new owner in Ohio. Trainenamels.com is web site . I just received a few cans of spray paint from him in a short time after ordering.

Look just like the old train enamel paint cans. I will try to report back after I use some of it. He has the same list as the old owner had which is extensive. I think he may have made the paints for Mr Woods? I had a hard time finding rattle can paint for the old train colors so I figured others may have as well.

Actually Charlie Wood made the paint.  He sold the business.  Sadly Charlie passed away last summer.
