Greetings Everyone: I'm just doing some wishful thinking here, My Question for today is does anyone know if there will be any LionMaster Legacy BigBoys at York in April ?

Probably a Challenger, but a LM Big Boy, maybe not.
I haven't seen any last few trips, but you never know what might pop up. I'd hit the members halls early and if you do see one don't hesitate to grab it
Forum sponsor Eastside Trains shows "previously offered" Lionmaster Challengers w whistle steam in stock in their OGR magazine add.
They also show the first "Legacy" Lionmaster bigboy ( non whistle steam) 6-11149 in stock as well.
I'd call to verify: Eastside Trains Toll Free: 1-877-857-7246
E-mail: eastsidetrains@msn.com
As Chris said, you never know what you will find at York, but if you are serious about buying one, I'd start checking with the major dealers that go to York (you can look at hall charts on the EDTCA site to see what dealers go to York). If you find a dealer that has one, and you can agree on the price, you can have them bring it to York for you to pick up (saves on the shipping costs). Otherwise, you take the chance that they leave it "back at the shop" since most dealers can't bring their entire stock of engines with them.
Then again, hunting for stuff is half the fun at York...

This is the fun part of attending the York Meet, being on the "hunt". You never know what will show up when you least expect it.
I know that I've seen a TMCC Lionmaster Big Boy for sale online recently, but not a Legacy version. Good luck with your hunt.
Post for one on the wanted forum, you may get lucky.
It was full retail but they were one of the very few to have any in stock.
It's well worth the hunt.
