Something that I completely forgot to mention up top is that just like the first run of shirts, a portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the LCCA Junior Membership. These shirts donated hundreds of dollars to furthering this program last year, we hope to continue that this year. 

Well now that the news about the book is out you can see why I decided to do another run of shirts. What's great about this shirt is that your wife will let you wear this train shirt. How many other train shirts can you say that about? Look classy, wear trains, life is good. 

Did I mention these make awesome Father's Day gifts? 

Less than two weeks left to order. Looks like this is going to be a "one shot special". I think we'll stick to T-shirts from here on out.

FYI...I was "following" the original thread (May 2nd) announcing the shirt, but just now saw this May 11 order thread...so I didn't know the orders for the shirt had opened up...(don't know if anyone else is in the same boat as me...)

Help! Is the shirt ordering page not compatible with an iPad? I click on your order link and can see the page, but I can't get the order to process. It seems like the slowest web software I have ever seen...

Hi Derek,

i finally gave up waiting on the order using the iPad, and fired up the desktop instead. It seemed to work a little better with the desktop. I probably should have tried it on my Asus T100 tablet/netbook, but I'm not a big fan of Windoze 8.1, preferring the iPad (when it works!).

Glad you got it Bill. For everyone else please note that ordering closes at 11 PM Eastern time! 

While I said I wasn't worried in my earlier post, is there cause to be concerned if you don't get an email many hours later?  (or is there perhaps a lag sometimes?)

 

I know my order was at least somewhat processed, because the total count of shirts ordered went up by one when I was done.

 

Everything seemed OK when I processed the order, except still no confirmation email ~9 hours later.

I got a confirmation almost immediately. If in doubt call TeeSpring first thing in the morning to confirm. I think everything is fine since the count went up, but might be good to check.

Thanks for the feedback.  I forgot to mention it in my previous post, but I also got the "we will ship a shirt to you at your address" message at the end.  (I made a pdf of it before I left the page).

 

I'll call them in the morning to make sure all is well.

 

Found an email in my inbox marked just after midnight.  Odd.  Maybe I submitted while some sort of backup was going on or something.  Anyway, I 'm sure my order went in now.
