Hello, I am not sure who to contact with this problem. I joined up last summer and have not received an issue of O Guage Magazine.

How about the phone number listed on this site? 800-980-OGRR (6477)

Joining this forum does not automatically get you a subscription to the magazine. They are two different things. Did you purchase a subscription?
If you did purchase a subscription and have not received any magazines, then call that number that Greg listed.
Thank you
On a somewhat related vein, what is the difference between 'OGR Forum Member' and 'Member'. I searched for that and came up blank.
There is no difference between those two monikers that I'm aware of. In the back end setup for this forum, "OGR Forum Member" is the default activity title for all new members.
Where are you seeing just the word "Member?"

and my designator read “Member” before adding supporter and subscriber.
OK, I've got it figured out now, Mark.
When we first started this forum, we used the rather generic term "Member" as the default activity title for all new members. Some time ago we changed it to be more specific and say "OGR Forum Member." Evidently that change only applied to NEW members, and older members kept the original "Member" name.
Truthfully, I never noticed this until you pointed it out. I'm going to contact Crowdstack Tech Support to see if everyone can be changed over to the "OGR Forum Member" title.
Was there ever a Forum "flag" for subscribers to the print magazine, or is it just for digital subscriptions?

I thought it had something to do with amount of time you were an 'OGR Forum Member', e.g., after 5 years you became a 'Member'. I'm glad you explained it.

I don't think we ever had a flag for print subscribers because those records are in a different database with SimpleCirc.

Because you brought this to my attention, you will note that now EVERYONE has the title "OGR Forum Member."
Great. Now @gunrunnerjohn, @SteveH, @Vernon Barry and other stalwarts that unfortunately I can't recall will shun my pleas for help.
Just kidding (I hope).
