I am aware that it is probably WAY past time to ask for this, given that design and production lead times for new products are likely six months or more.
Having said that, I hope that in the future Menards offers a line of O-gauge holiday theme boxcars similar to your military and WW2 rolling stock to the public.
I imagine that the Menards 'train stuff' designers could have a lot of fun with the holiday cars and to be quite honest, the holiday offerings from other companies are beyond my budget for what amounts to an 'under the tree' decoration only used for a few weeks out of the year.
It might also be an opportunity to commemorate holidays other than Christmas. I won't attempt to write a list here in fear of leaving one out- but why not consider commemorative boxcars for fictional holidays such as Jerry Seinfeld's 'Festivus'?
A definite bonus would be some holiday theme buildings and diecast, but that might be too much to hope for.
