Has anyone in this forum ever had to deal with Mernard's Customer Service? I purchased a O Scale UFO Scene from them on October 1, 2019. When I received the box at my doorstep on October 3rd, I was elated. That was short lived. Once I opened the box, I observed a couple of paper noodles that were laying in the box. The crumpled paper was on the bottom of the box. On top of the plastic that surrounded the UFO Scene was not covered at all, and it was pushed into the UFO. The three legs holding the UFO were broken and pushed up into the saucer itself, which is dented in three places. The little alien that is on the top was ok. But, the plastic dome that covered him was crushed, dented and torn off the saucer all together. The three trees are almost in a horizontal position. The three hay bails were loose and rolling around the bottom of the diarama. The packing slip was empty, so no info. I tried to get hold of what they call, "Customer Service," only to be told that they only work via email. I have tried six times writing what happened. I must say that I am very hurt and disappointed. I am not bad mouthing them. I have ordered from them before and was very satisfied. Does anyone here know who I can call and speak to? I love that crazy alien ship trying to steal a cow. I think it is very whimsical. I just don't know what to do. I wanted to have it in place for my grandson's 7th Birthday on the 11th. Now I am not so sure. PLEASE help me. I don't know where to turn.

I tried that and the woman said I have to use the customer service.
They used to have phone operators. Those were the good ol days. When I had issues, I would talk to a human on the other end. Always got satisfaction. Now that email is the only way, I too have been disappointed. Probably just another way to lay off employees by eliminating operators. Keep trying......you should get through eventually. Sorry you are having issues. Just the way of the world these days.
I would like to know who runs thier customer service.
I can only buy on line as there is no Menards in my state, that being said most everything I have got from Menards is a great product! As for ones that may have been damaged or something missing. I just wrote Menards customer service and gave them the product number, date I bought it and what the problem is. They responded in a timely manner and took care of my issues!
If you ask me they have the be customer service in the hobby!

How many times a day are you emailing them? Between the 3rd and today (the 7th) that’s only three working days. So you’re averaging over one email a day. Give them a few days to respond and check your spam filter to make sure that they haven’t already responded and it’s been caught up in your filter.
I had to email customer service about a lighted billboard that arrived and didn't work. Bob answered after the second email and a day later sent a return label. After the billboard was returned they sent another one that did work.

First of all, let’s check the mail address. Is this the one you used:
guest@menard-inc.com
Second, the name of the company is Menards, not Mernards. Be careful when spelling proper names. Start by correcting the title in this post.
