Last Friday, members of the Model A Club of Oklahoma took a ride on the Arkansas and Missouri from Van Buren. I took some happy snaps with my semi-trusty flip phone.

Mitch, Those are some excellent photographs using a flip phone. That is a lot of Model A's, and I see good old A&M equipment as well. My in-laws spent the last 10 years of my father-in-law's working days in Fort Smith. We went out to visit them almost every year. I looked over the station at Fort Smith, and once I followed the A&M train north taking photographs at various places. It was a nice railroad then, and I'm sure still is. I'm glad it is still running, since the last we were there was 1995.

68 IS due for a touchup at some point, yes. 44 and the other cars actually look better in person.
