I understand MTH was trying to sell it's assets. Are they out of business? Would like to buy another MTH 50-1034 DCS wifi module. Not the gray. Black and up to date.

Those can still be found in stock at some hobby shops.

MTH is not out of business but rather is undergoing a "restructuring" of operations and down sizing its production.
