The curly tether wire on my PS2 tender 20-3047 Niagara has frayed so going to replace it with a BC-0000133 which I still need to buy. While disassembling it I accidentally broke the green wire that plugs into the B/L input on the board and the other end connects to the wire that goes to the backup light in the tender. It was in there so tight it was hard to disengage so I broke one of the two wires into the end cap. I cannot find the part number as want to buy another green wire when I buy the BC-0000133 harness. Does anyone know the part number and where I can buy it and the BC-0000133 harness? I want to buy online or while I am in York. Thanks for you help.

Shed some better light and physically hold what you broke so we can have a better look,….hard to see all what you need in the dark,…

Well I fixed the green wire after more effort. I was able to splice the tip of the wire and reinsert it back into the female plug. Now I just need to find where I can buy the wiring harness tether BC-0000133 and I am good to go.

Let’s see what your tether looks like, and We’ll try to recommend a suitable replacement….can you take a picture of it?…in the light too please,..and take pictures of both ends…

Pat, Here are some more photos. I know the MTH part number is BC0000133 but it is out of stock at MTH so looking for an alternative vendor. I am going to York so hoping to pick one up if not online somewhere.

There is no “ other vendor” for a direct replacement for your MTH Niagara, ….plus I doubt you’ll ever see that exact tether produced ever again ……beings your tether is still good, and just your outer jacket broke, I’d use this harness I have pictured here, and splice in the tail end that you need,….this is pretty much a universal repair tether. All you have to do is match color for color and go,…..naturally, double check your work with a DVM/multimeter…….

Pat has the answer, use the universal tender tether and just splice it in.
Thanks guys.
I can’t make this stuff up …..I was looking through my personal junk for something and came across this in my junk harness pile ……then I got to thinking I had converted one of my Niagaras to TMCC some time ago,…..talk about your once in a lifetime finds,….if this one looks like yours, contact me via profile …..
