Our New Train Room

Wow, congratulations.  Looks like a lot of space to play with!  Is the furniture staying, or will that be available train space as well?

I forgot to get exact measurments of the room today when I was there for the home inspection eh

Looks like a ton of space, what's the overall dimensions of the room

I know the widest part is about 25' the narrower part I think is around 14' 15' not sure on the length eh

We finally close on our new house today and we can start moving.  Then once we get settled in Ill start the design process for my layout with help from you guys I hope eh

The measurments are the big open area is 25'x20' and the narrow area is 18'x13'

Are new place is right along a Canadian National rail line maybe about 1mile or less if we look out the patio door it possible to see trains ill find out soon eh

   Great train room in your new home, of course after you construct your layout you will have to start a train club in your area.  Looks like enough space to keep you happy.  Wish I had a home with that kind of a room for my trains.

Ya its alot of room and I can build,fabricate anything its figuring out the layout & wiring thats going to be tuff part eh

Congratulations on a successful closing. You mention that it took you 2 + years to find a suitable area for the trains - I can relate as I have been going through the same process here. And as a real estate broker myself, I've seen a lot of houses!
