Need help with Korber Fire Tower

First, you didn't provide the rest of the instructions. Very important if you want help.
Second, a template is a guide as to how a piece has to be cut. I'm just guessing that you will need to cut the ladders to the desired length.

I purchased the Korber fire tower from Mr. Muffin a little while ago and now that the weather is turning to indoor activities I unboxed it and started to assemble it. Something doesn't seem right (see pictures). The stairs seem way to narrow and long and there are parts that aren't listed. Has anyone assembled this, maybe have pictures? I built the tower a little while ago. Mine came with the long ladders like you outlined but it also came with the three short laters. I could find no use for the long ladders. I put them in the scrap bin. If you are missing the short ladders I would call them and request the parts.

Sorry for the confusion... The injection molded part sprue you showed is used for many different kits to minimize the cost of making them - they can be produced in one large run..... Therefore, there are parts included on the sprue that aren't used in the kits, like the long ladders.  

Tanya responded, the parts in question are used for the water tower.
