This is my first time with the SCARM downloaded freeware software. I am having trouble in making the table outline on the software. Can any help assist me with this?

Go to the SCARM home page.
Also, select>Tools>Tool Box>dropdown menu>Baseboard rectangular, baseboard absolute coordinates.
You can also select the placement of a start point using the toolbox. ie. X=3.5 Y=7 A=90.
Now you have a point to connect track placed where you want it. Note that the Start Point in the tool box has 0° to the East or 3 o'clock.
