New LCS Wi-Fi Unit will not create a network

I just installed the LCS Wi-Fi module but the green Wi-Fi light will not flash and I cannot find any Lionel network when I try to connect to it thru an iPad. Does anyone have an idea how I can tell if it is me or the Wi-Fi module is not working? I have MTH DCS and MTH Wi-fi installed and have Lionel Legacy system. I have look at the Lionel instructions several times and the MTH DCS and MTH Wi-Fi companion books several times and I seem to have it hooked up correctly. I do have the TMCC signal booster on my layout as well.

Ok so I walked away from it and now it seems to work so nevermind.
