Any comments about the box car? On box is listed as a 6464-but not on the car. Any truth that this is the last official Lionel 6464?
Interesting number on the caboose, isn't that the same # Lionel used when they first did that caboose around 1977?

The one from the 1970's was 9181. The Lionel 9178 was an Illinois Central Gulf.

Replacement arrived quick and perfect. Except the roof hatch is still backwards. I will await advice before I accidentally break it off. Also, I have disturbing reminders of the Century Club GG1 whenever I see "Railsounds with Battery Backup." I hope this does not mean the battery is pre-installed? I about never got the body of the CC GG1 back on...and removing it wasn't what I was looking forward to doing in the first place with my new loco.
