If so, this has the later version of Android (V 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich) that supports the Google Chrome browser. Do yourself a favor, head over to the "Play Store" and download it. The stock browsers on these phones tend to be quirky and unreliable.
As for being unable to enlarge the pages, you need to "switch to standard view", which is an option when you tap the sign in button. Usually accessing the forum on a phone will trigger the mobile version of the website to show up, which is pretty much useless. Switching to standard view renders the full website and allows you to zoom in with the pinch-to-zoom hand gestures.
