This is the first time I have pre-ordered any thing from Lionel, or any other manufacturer, for that matter.
I pre-ordered a Built To Order Heavy Mikado that is stated to be available by October.
What is your best guess as to when it might actually be shipped to me?

I see Lionel's shipping schedule was updated today.
I, too ... have a Heavy Mike pre-ordered. The schedule still says Sept 2014. I wish they would try to, or be able to, give us a little better/updated information.
I have some items coming from Charles ro and with lionels shipping schedule the way it is I have no way of knowing what I'm getting.
I'm waiting for the Mike, also. My dealer told me at the first of September (I had called
on another matter) that he expected the Mikes "in September or October".
Of course, "September" means from Lionel to dealers, not to us. But, if the dealers
were getting them, I am sure that it would be all over the World of O.

my order from ro showed up 10/15/14 and yet the two items show on Lionel's shipping schedule as not shipped.
and it was even updated 10/15/14.
