Well, it is Italian, but it is nice to hear and easy to watch.

And it isn't a country western song either.

I'm only half Italian, but from what I gather the
cannoli factory is moving to china....
Very nice and very easy on the eyes.
They don't make them like that here!
I'm full Italian and I enjoyed that. Thanks for posting Alex

That an interesting one Alex...
well that what happen when you couple a Swiss Railways office clerk and an engineer. The new official song of the SBB-CFF-FFS.
Woooo-eeee. The Trace Adkins song. "Honky- Tonk Badonkadonk" comes to mind....especially the line.....
"Lord have mercy, how's she even get them britches on
that Honky Tonk Bedonkadonk"
sigh......another reason I love trains! Tom in PGH
That's a very nice song, and lovely views of the Venetian countryside, but I don't think that it will replace the classics. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...&feature=related

Perhaps the dialect threw me off but I thought she was lamenting the lack of third rail in the prototype.
OH....its not that they don't make them like that anymore, its more like we can't have what they make like that anymore!!!

I really enjoyed the Welcome Home with Selina and Hanspeter. Excellent railroading scenes. Nice tune and video. Good to see railroading as an integral part of peoples lives and experiences. Amtrak might to well to include some of that feeling in their adds.
I enjoyed the music, the girl and the overall effect. It has a different genre than American videos. Not as much glam or glitz. The music does actually have somewhat of a country music melody to it.
I was recently in Spain and I would watch some music video stations. It's really quite interesting to see how different countries produce these things. I found the Polish videos like something out of 1960's technology and somewhat difficult to watch (though the music could be fine).
My funnest find was Renault TV where they show old and new Renault promotional films/commercials. They could be from apparently the 50's and up to modern times and of course with beautiful french women. I did find Spain quite surprisingly quite modern. And as one merchant said to me: this isn't Mexico.

Hai fato bene, Paisano.
or in the words of Rocky Balboa: "You done good."
'atsa nice!
Right on both counts. Thanks for posting.
My favorite is a 2-DVD set, I Love Toy Trains - The Music Video. Tom McComas put Jim Coffey's original songs in time to scenes of toy trains and real trains. One scene shows the Reading & Northern's ex- Gulf, Mobile & Northern 4-6-2 #425 steaming on the Pennsy's Schuylkill Division under a bridge carrying Route 61 at South Hamburg, 3 miles from where I grew up.
Good lookin' girl, nice song, trains - works for me!
I am so glad to find out that I am not alone in my taste of the auditory and visual senses .
Alex
Yea, nice looking...ahh....train!

Lafondue's video from Switzerland is definitely worth watching & hearing too! The couple singing actually are employees of the Swiss Railways. Very nice song, and it is in English. I keep going back to it.
