This UP derailment accident just happened here in Iowa.

That got me to humorously thinking, create an one time accessory wherein your layout train deliberately derails, and then a real fire erupts.. Of course the layout would start burning (good incentive to start on that new layout you been thinking about), and if you couldn't put out the fire the house goes up (time for a bigger basement) ........ eek
