As part of the 75th Anniversary celebration of Mallard's speed record, the National Railway Museum sponsored a panel discussion of former crewmen who worked with the A4 locomotives in regular service. Their recollections of the "Streaks" and steam power in general are very interesting. The NRM itself recorded and posted the video so the visual and audio quality is quite good. It's quite a humbling experience to be able to listen to stories told by the gentlemen who actually worked with the equipment.
