NS Enola Yard...

Looks like Enola is in the center of NS northeastern operations these days. Why not make it a modern mega hump yard and close Allentown and Conway? Then you would have Bellevue and Elkhart. Any idea why NS has chosen to keep Enola as a semi small hump?
