Order Deadline for MTH 2015 Volume 1?

I'm assuming you mean the pre-order deadline?  One LHS has told me that it's Nov. 30.

Not sure I understand the rest of your question? I am guessing the LHS's need to have their orders in by around that same date if that's what you are asking?

I usually always pre-order, but a few times I have found something I wanted after the pre-order date (like un-cataloged items, or just missed something in the catalog) and so far my LHS has always been able to get the item for me. They have to call MTH to see if it can still be ordered and if so they order it for me. However, I imagine there will come a time when this won't work out so well.

The MTH dealers have to have their pre-orders in by 11-30-14. Depending on how many extra's MTH makes of a item your dealer can call MTH after the pre-order deadline to see if the item is still available.

So what are we ordering Jim??????????
