Nope still a pipe organ. In the old days the air pump was either run by a small steam engine or buy some unfortunate soul pumping a bellows.
The very small organs used a pedal system. The person playing would work 2 pedals back and forth and this small bellows pumped air for the sound.

At a small church in Austria in 1818 just before the Christmas eve service the organ broke.Priest Joseph Mohr brought some lyrics to Franz Gruber and ask him to compose a melody for the lyrics.
Franz Gruber then wrote a song for the guitar because the church organ didn't work.
Silent Night.

When we refer to an electric organ, we usually mean an organ that has no pipes, but when you push a key, a digital or electronic sound replicating the pipe sound comes from some speakers.

A pipe organ actually has pipes (obviously ), however (at least in the case of Theatre pipe organs), there are complex electrical circuits needed to operate everything.
