Getting a "Kick" out of Real Trains

That was a totally stupid thing to do on the crew member's part.  THAT sort of action would be cause for DISMISSAL if I was the TM and knew who did it.  Having a trespasser on RR property is bad enough... possibly crippling them for life (or worse) with a neck injury by a brain-dead crew member would DEFINITELY jeopardize the RR company. This crew member is UNSAFE and unfit for continued employment.

I thought that train employee was out there to help this bonehead not get run over by this train. But if he was there to intentional kick him that was wrong. 

Could be, frankly, I hadn't considered that.  If that is the case, then it would be cause for reconsideration on my part... but it sure looks like the crew member was pi**ed at the idiot and gave a "payback", which, as I mentioned earlier, would be a very foolish thing to do.

I guess it is a very tough call here.

There are two threads about it already. I was wondering about the crew member's real intentions too. Seems like half the people think he was kicking his head out of harms way, and the other half think he was just kicking his head out of anger. I'm sure we'll get an official statement soon as it has gone viral.

If he got hit by the train, that would cause a long delay.
