Glen,  the owner of that website is the god of plasticville in my opinion.

Judging from his listings and what I have witnessed through many years of collecting plasticville myself,

I would say-

1- There are many kits and not one standard kit.

2- there are no listings with a first-floor plan or furniture for the first floor so therefore I would assume there was never a first floor with furnishings. Probably because you wouldn't see it with the second floor added.

3- none of the listing show a ambulance so I would assume none came with an ambulance. A blue ambulance he sold went for $312.37 a few months ago. But that what's by itself.

Thanks guys!  That tells me pretty much what I needed to know.
