I've always liked seeing pictures of NS and CSX coal drags coming out of the Bailey mine on what I know as the Mon Railroad. I'm looking for any and all advice on how best to railfan that region. Specifically the photo location around "Time," which I'm not able to determine where that is.

About 4 trains roll though Waynesburg each day, at least that's what I count. However, it can be tricky finding a spot to get some good photos, with a lot of the track being secluded within the town. I know that there are a few places more towards uptown that can provide a better view. I would have to go out and see if there are any better places near Waynesburg.
