It's been awhile since I've ordered replacement triacs for repairing LCRU, R2LC and R4LC boards, and the parts I've ordered previously are now deemed obsolete.
Does anyone know suitable replacements, preferably from Digikey, for the smaller MAC97 TO92 lighting and coupler outputs for these boards?
Also, what's the right replacement for the larger smoke unit triac? I've seen recommendations for the 2N6071A, 2N6075AG and 2N6075BG, but am unsure if one is better than another.

Digikey lists the Littlefuse L4X8E5 as a replacement for the MAC97A6. NTE also lists a substitute but their replacements can get pricey.

No need for a replacement, 2N6075BG is in stock at Digikey and Mouser.
For the MAC97A6/MAC97A8, I just went to eBay and searched on the number. There were plenty of folks that still had them, I bought 100 for a few bucks, should last me for some time. eBay: 261969627926 $6 for 100 of them.
