Right of way Switches

I have a bunch of Right of way switches. are they a good switch? I'm going to be building a large layout in a 20X20 room

Any thought on these switches?

Nothing wrong with them. The later ones I had didn’t have the stringers keeping the ties in line. The ties seemed to have some movement to them. The rails are spiked. Not sure if they were glued as well. I just removed a few that had been on the layout for 30 years. They still worked fine.
If you have some doubts. Just keep them in your yard area where the trains are moving more slowly.
