Scale heavyweight Polar Express passenger car comprehensive list

Does anyone have a comprehensive list of the various scale heavyweight Polar Express passenger cars that Lionel has released, by year, p/n, etc. since the 10th anniversary? Also with comments on the variations such as "black roof" or "white/snow roof" or commentary on paint match - ie. "blue on RPO does not match - Lionel swapped on RMA but NOS exists and they do not RMA anymore". Also with what "set" or "bundle" they came in and p/n's? For example, what made up the 2 car sets or original 5 car sets?
