The snip tool has helped immensely. But is there any way to actually clip the track right on the joint line? Seems that there is no absolute reference for the click, and then a gap might develop at the joint on the plan. I realize the fudge factor compensates, but the gaps dont look nice.

Here's what I do. I place the track to be snipped over the gap and connect it to a track on either side of the gap. I then zoom in so I can accurately select the track to be snipped and then place the cursor over the straight line under the arrow on the other end. I then right-click to select the Snip tool and I get a perfect joint. It's tedious and takes a bit of practice, but it works for me.

It is tedious and it would be nice if the snip automatically resized when the cursor is close to a joint.
