"Before his death, McKee tweeted, “There’s no stopping us right now.”"
Guess not...

He was a former Marine, and Afghanistan vet; what a shame.
Let's see, 3rd rail has juice. Urine has salt in it.....
Darwin award?
Only if he has not yet reproduced.

Electroctution by peeing was busted on Mythbusters, I remember watching this episode.
The gentlemen who was electrocuted fell onto the 3rd rail. What a shame.

Well ,
I don't know what "Mythbusters had to say about electrocution from peeing but I can tell you this. Me and my 2 best buddies were playing around on the farm and the least brightest one of the bunch(not me) decided to pee on the electric fence.
I can assure you he immediately hit the ground and later said it was like being kicked in the family jewels by a horse.
As a trouble shooter for the power company I have seen several fireman that took pretty good hits from spraying water on 120 volts and had to be hospitalized.
One moron sprayed 7200 volts and spent a month in the hospital. So I don't know what Mythbusters used for a test but they are as dead wrong as dead wrong can be.

When I worked in the mining industry as a "red Hat" (newbie), one of my fellow red hats was goaded into standing on the rail opposite the trolley wire (he was wet from mine water) and the old timers bet he could not urinate on the trolley wire. The newbie proceeded to pull out his hose and started a stream that arced up to the trolley wire. Three was a bright green flash and he ended up on the ground and the tip of his manhood was smoking. Burned his Johnson a little but other than that he was OK.
The second he climbed down to track level from an elevated platform (a several foot drop) immediately sets him up for a Darwin.
One has to wonder: Was he being Mr. Macho marine or did he already have several sheets to the wind from the day's adventures?

Well, that's the End of the Line.
Seems to be around 700 volts or Amps DC on that rail or much more.

That's why we don't use Edison's system today DC is very unforgiving.
We adopted a slightly safer system from a guy named Westinghouse
It was and is A/C
