This is a pic of a freight train from the Modesto and Empire Traction Railroad in Northern California from the Steve Sloan Collection. It was taken in 2009. Since then the 70-tonners are gone, but the M&ET RR is still a well-run, profitable, industrial switching railroad. Matt
