Good Morning Everyone
I will start off with a model of a sand tower i just completed. The design was based on the type that Joe Fauty had been making before he passed on. I made it in memory of him. Lets see what you have been working on.

Brian,
That barn is awesome. Great job
First, let me say.......this is NOT MY WORK.....this was done by my modular group colleague and Forum member RickS......though not scenery per se, it is well decorated and very useful at public shows.....
Have a great and safe Sunday, folks!
Peter
Pete,
Your layout is breathtaking. Your attention to detail is second to none.
Peter,
I think that is a great tool for any modeler to determine what scale to build in. It is all right in front of you at one time.

I totally agree with Alan. Your scenery, Pete, is breathtaking. Bravo, Arnold
Still have a little work to do, but here is my Reife's Pharmacy from an OGR kit. Planning to build out the interior but testing with some signs and graphics. For the aged look I used India ink thinned down as a mortar wash. Color scheme matching existing Boston buildings near South Station.
A few weeks ago I posted the Pennsy signal tower I carved and constructed from AK interactive foam.
It’s been slow progress, but I added an electrical box to the front and the trim immediately below the roofline. After the holidays I’ll tackle the “Virginia Ave” tower sign and some interior details like interlocking levers. Maybe some light weathering too.

Great detail !!! One question. What exactly is AK interactive foam?
Thank you
Alex, great job. Looks like the making of a contest winner.
Dave,
Your building front looks very nice. The brick detail using the ink looks great.
Alex,
Great job on the tower. I like the brick detail.

Steve,
AK Interactive is the company name and they offer this foam as well as a host of other modeling supplies. Mostly, terrain mediums and paints.
