These hilltop structures were built more than 20 years ago at the beginning of scenery construction on my 12’-by-8’ layout.

Alan, just magical how you make those amazing structures. Melgar great structures and really neat placement. They fit right into your scenery. Donald that finished scene is really nice. Certainly looks like a really cityscape. Joe, tower, building flats and hotel nicely done.  Steve great progress and I have to remind myself that it is one of your models. Just so realistic.

Super Stuff. Joe, where did you get all those window treatments? I'm in need of something to make my windows less boring.

Here's the Rusty Stumps (now Rail Scale Models) Tie Hacker's Cabin to which I added a custom figure of Johnny B. Goode "Strumming to the rhythm that the drivers made." Figure is now available on Shapeways figure catalog in 1:48. Kit included plaster and resin castings and drawings, but not much else. All the strip wood must be added by the builder.

Full documentation on this build is on my 8-year-old thread "Continuing Saga…" on this forum. I still have to connect power to turn on the lights.

Started out with downloading photos from internet then played with them in my open office presentation (power point clone). If you want I can save my file in power point and email.
