Nice building, I did not see a view of the back side of the building. Is it just plain or is there a door/windows on that side
What it needs is an infrared sensor and a relay to turn on the fork lift only when there's a box car present. Oh and maybe take a discarded newsstand and recycle the rotating figure to replace the stationary one on the platform. I'll have to wait for a neighborhood renaissance to create space for a new industry.
Love the building, hate where the plug in is! Hope there is one underneath! I see more box trucks in my future! LOL

play trains,
There is indeed a second plug in option underneath.

Nice building, but the 14 x 11 1/2 footprint is large - too big for any space I have.
Any convenient way to put the forklift on a timer? Or controlled by a track circuit or infra-red sensor? I suppose there is a power wire to the forklift that can be spliced, which one would that be, and is it accessible? Thanks, -Ken

Good suggest. I wondered that as well. This is a great building and in combination with a timer, if the forklift motion could be modified to completely pull back inside and reappear less frequently, it would make a better illusion of a new pallet coming out each time.
There can be a version with a forwards-backwards control for the forklift and the track for the forklift can be even longer so it could go inside the box cars with open doors. That would be a deluxe version for next year.

Nice looking building. I agree it would be nice to have control over the fork lift movement.
Orange is my favorite color. I like your new building.
