Yeah, I'm pretty sure some of those photos are his. That website seems to get photos from eBay, too. On the Walthers page, there's a photo of a boxcar that came from an eBay listing - I know, because I actually bought that boxcar. I'm sure you can find the photo that matches this car...

I wonder if anyone can confirm these are being used with permission?

I think I posted this before - maybe not here.

Yes, TCA Western simply grabs photos off the internet without regard to copyright, then puts whatever they think is a good idea in the captions.

I told them, years after the fact, that they could have my permission if they give me photo credit and correct the captions.  I spent an hour explaining what the captions should be, and they said they were busy - maybe later.

So, yeah - the Lobaugh thing has mostly my photos.  Originally used without my permission.

It's Walthers as far as I know. All the castings are definitely Walthers, and TCA Western seems to think it's Walthers.

That's a shame - at least you could get credit personally.
