Maybe many of us have had a locomotive like this.

C&O Baby hudson" #305 was my first TMCC steam locomotive. I was a novice, didn't know the risk of derailment with ZW power and no fuse, and promptly fried the insides. It sat for over 6 months at my LHS and then never worked right. Boxcar Bill to the rescue! It now ran beautifully. Last April at York, I talked to a famous OGR member, famous for his steam expertise, and he said he'd take a look at it in terms of 4 cuffs/revolution, and better smoke. I probably don't have to say his name. Take a look at how it performed today in Kensington, MD, and you tell me whose signature can now be seen in the smoke.
