Lionel Theater Car Camera Questions

Our club bought one of the new Theater Cars. I KNOW that when trying it out, I was not only able to take pictures and record video, but also play them back on my iPhone. Now, I've spent the last 2+ hours messing with this thing and for the life of me cannot find pictures/videos. Take pictures and videos, no problem. See them I've hit a brick wall.

I ASSUMED that once I got everything setup on my laptop, I'd be able to download the pictures/videos. OK, I can see things just fine on my laptop. BUT same deal, I see no utility to download pictures/videos.

And finally, is there a setting that I have missed, or is this thing locked at 10 fps?
