Thomas Kinkade rtr?

I just searched the updated Lionel shipping schedule and the Thomas Kinkade rtr set is no longer coming up in the results. The Thomas Kinkade Covered Bridge is still scheduled for delivery in November. But no information is available for the ready to run set. Previous to the most recent update it was scheduled to be delivered   Oct, 14.

 

Does this mean the set has been canceled?

I was really looking forward to the set, although I was concerned it'd be difficult for Lionel to provide additional cars in the future.

Matthew Rogers, I recommend that your see this set in person before reaching for your wallet.  I saw it at York & must question who at Lionel came up with the great idea of compressing Kinkade's images to teeny-tiny postage-stamp-sized areas of passenger cars.  With art such as this, it would have been better to use high-cube boxcars.  This set will likely be broken up soon & blown out like the failed Norman Rockwell set of a decade ago.
