For a school project, I am doing a presentation on GE's ET44 and EMD's SD70ACe T4, and am having trouble finding some information. Can you guys help?
What year was the tier 4 emission standard introduced?
What year was the ET44 first released?
What year was the SD70ACe T4 first released?

I just searched "diesel locomotive Tier 4 standards" on the web and found many good articles that answer all these questions, including tables with engineering standards for emissions and articles about particular locomotives.
